I haven't been around much but I just searched and found your original post. As you may remember I had almost the exact thing happen to my NA. No witnesses and the insurance company also said they had to do 50-50 liability. They also shot me a complete low ball offer for my Z. I called Coz, and everyone else I had bought parts from, and got receipts for everything. I also searched classified ads and picked out the most expensive Z's I could find and printed out the ad's, photocopied newspapers and basicall handed in a folder of information to fight what they wanted to give me. A daylater I got a much bigger number. In fact it was more then I paid for the Z in the first place. I think my offer went from around 4k to 8500. I don't think your going to be able to sway the 50% fault but you should be able to get some more money. I'm really sorry and I hope everything works out well.
